Warren Korbin Prior to moving to Vancouver Island from Vancouver in 1988, Warren held the positions of national advertising and public relations manager, Laurentide Financial Corporation; advertising supervisor, Finning Tractor; operations manager, Royal Hudson Steam Train and national advertising and sales promotion manager, Subaru Auto Canada. In his new Island life, Warren opened 'Warren Michael Korbin Marketing Communications' and established himself as a busy, detail-oriented provider of quality advertising, public relations and sales promotion programs to leading Nanaimo-based business and industrial concerns. He has served as a Director of the Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce and was Chair of the Chamber's Communications Committee. In 2000 he was presented the Chamber's President's Award in appreciation of his service. In 2002, he joined with his wife, Patricia, as her licensed real estate assistant.
