Todd Starkey Born, raised and having enjoyed 27 years in New Zealand Todd immigrated to Canada in 1989 and together with his wife Julie are raising two great teenage kids. He has spent the last 24 years as a Realtor and the past 17 years in Parksville/Qualicum Beach. Constantly a top producer earning MLS and Royal LePage Awards (Directors Platinum, Presidents Gold, etc.). Active in the community, he has been a member of the Qualicum Beach Rotary Club for 10 years over that period as a Director and Club President.
