Jeff Audette Jeff has been a resident of the Parksville/Qualicum Beach area since 1980 and has witnessed the substantial growth of our Oceanside communities. Acknowledging Real Estate as a profession, Jeff has continuously taken related Real Estate courses. Jeff obtained his Associate Brokerage License from the University of British Columbia in 1991 and was awarded the designation of Certified Real Estate Specialist from the Real Estate Institute of Canada.
